MOUs and Agreements were signed between Hambantota International Port Group and 9 private projects. The ceremony was graced by the Chairman of China Merchant Group (CMG) Miao Jianmin and several eminent persons. CMG has invested 974 million US dollars to establish these state-of-the-art Port and its streamlined logistical support systems.
President of the Sea Horse Yachts HE Ali Hussain Didi and Senior Vice President Ahmed Zareer attended the ceremony held on the 24th April 2023.
